If you’re looking for a useful app to download to you i-phone or i-pad then this is a great easy reference app.
If you click on an area of the body it displays the trigger points – the picture shoes the pec muscle displayed in red. The blue crosses denote the areas that are “trigger points” which can then cause pain to refer over the body area displayed in blue.
For those of us that get “referred pain” from muscle spasm or muscle tension – this is a great self help app.
Even if you don’t use it to help facilitate mscle release – it’s a great insight into how the body works and how pain from a muscle can refer out and around the surrounding area.
