We all know that we can be healthier, more active, stronger, but we also wanto make sure we are not doing any damage to ourselves to. with that in mind I have put together a three month program that ensures we listen to what your goals are and have a structured route and plan that can get you there.

We know you want to ensure you get the right correction and attention so our classes are small. Clients who attend our classes know we get great results with our Pilates Instructors. We take pride in being able to correct and advise you so you get the information you need to be able to work effectively and efficiently – we also have a physio stream that can highlight areas requiring attention so you work safely and prevent pain and injury.

Now what if we combined the two?

  • Do you have a goal but want to be sure you are doing the right thing.
  • Do you want to stay active but are prone to getting hurt
  • Do you want to know what areas you need to focus on ?
  • How about knowing what your weaknesses are that may make you prone to injury?

This is what our new program is all about: combining the strengths and knowledge that we have as a team to give you a killer program that you know you are doing safely and getting the focus and direction that you need.

  • *Prior to starting get your posture analysed and a fitness screen with our Instructors to ascertain your current level of strength and movement.
  • *Talk through and set your goals and aims in relation to those screenings.
  • *See our physio and get your tummy and core strength assessed as well as an injury and pain prevention screen.

From there we can set out a plan of action and a focus for you to work towards. That will utilise our group classes for mat, booty barre, stretch as well as a group reformer based classes which will give you unlimited access over the three month period.

Our deluxe package will utlise semi private sessions win the studio using the pilates machines to actually focus on YOUR key areas – so you get an individualised program.
