Pregnancy is a time where you loose control of your body

Its no longer yours – you have this little being growing in side of you causing your body to change day by day.

During your pregnancy one day you’ll feel and manage fantastic – the next you may be clumsy and have no idea where you are in space!

Knowing what you can and shouldn’t do and also being aware of what to avoid during your pregnancy are all things that are important and will make a big difference to how you feel and how your body responds.

We run classes specific to pregnancy so you know you will be well looked after and have peace of mind that you’re doing the right things.

After 16 weeks you should really be in a specific pregnancy program as you are advised against lying on your back and loading your stomach.

We run both pregnancy classes with our Pilates instructors and sessions or classes with our Physio’s so we got you covered whatever the issue!
