New Year…New Back…say goodbye to back pain…

ger rid of back pain with a plan and direction

Make 2020 the year you take control and say no more to back pain.

Back pain sucks – but it really doesn’t have to be that way!

My aim for 2020 is to share my knowledge and educate as many people as I can with what I know works for back pain.

I’ve been a physio for over 25 years working with and managing people with back pain and what I share with you has been my accumulated knowledge of exactly what works and why – and its not what you think!

In our online program for back pain we’ll be covering:

PAIN – what type of pain you have, why you have it – from when it comes to what makes it worse and better – we’ll guide you so you know what to do for your pain and when to do it.

POSTURE – so many over look this key component – many know they have poor posture but don’t know what do do about it or how. We’ll cover posture types and in our VIP program you get your own posture analysis so you know FOR SURE what to look out for and what to work on.

MUSCLES – muscles can be weak, strong, short and long – so what are yours doing – many try and strengthen already strong muscles because they kick in first when you exercise – and increase your pain – hence why exercise may make your pain worse – we’ll go through strength testing for the key muscles you need.

CORE STRENGTH – how to test your core and what section of your core is weak – going with a global strength program isn’t enough when you have back pain. let’s strengthen you up from the basics.

TRIGGER POINTS – learn the influence of trigger points what they are and how they can cause pain – and most of all – what you can do to recognise them and relieve them!

CONDITIONS – we’ll cover main conditions that affect backs – discs, facet joints, sciatica to name a few and what they mean, how they present and what you NEED TO KNOW to get relief and what to look out for with each.

Now with all honesty – if you have back pain – can you truly say you have addressed ALL of these issues?

Many do bits and sections and give up because it doesn’t work or they get worse – or they don’t get lasting results – Lasting results come from addressing ALL the things that influence your back pain in a structured coherent and logical manner – and that’s we will cover in our Fix Your Back program.

There’s no point releasing tight or over working muscles without replacing them by strengtheing up the weaker ones – otherwise they will alwasy get tight.

There’s no point trying to improve or change your posture if you don’t really know what’s wrong with it or what you need o do to change it. – and we are talking the small intricate things that you won’t notice – but we do.

You should know – what do do for each component above and what exactly is your issue – and our VIP program will cover that for you – because I will look at your posture and movement and explain it all to you.

Opt for the standard and you get the information you need to try and do it yourself.
