Elaine Stacey – Front Desk / Admin

Meet Elaine – our gorgeous Glamour Girl!

My name is Elaine and you will usually see me when you come into Core Fusion on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day and am sort of the mother figure around the place.

I have been working at Core Fusion for three years now and since I started, our staff has grown. We now have four Admin staff and three Physiotherapist to look after you. The Team here are such a wonderful bunch of people to work with and we have a lot of fun, all the while looking after our clients.

I am originally from the UK and came to Australia when I first got married in 1974. We stayed for two and a half years before returning to the UK for four and a half years (something that a lot of Poms seem to do)! Whilst there we had two children and thought that they would have a better life in Australia and so we returned to Perth in 1981.

I completed the Private Secretary’s Diploma at college in the UK just prior to coming out to Australia and was employed as the Private Secretary to the State Manager of Philips in Perth. On returning to the UK I was soon to start a family and after a brief time at Fine Fare as secretary to the Personnel and Training Managers, I became a stay at home mum.

Once the children were older, I decided to join the work place again and have had a few different jobs! The first was working as a secretary for a Private Investigator and then moved to an electrical firm in Osborne Park, which also involved doing the Payroll. Working mainly with numbers was not what I enjoyed, so when the opportunity to work as a Receptionist in a Specialist Centre just up the road from home came up,  I welcomed the change. I was in this job, which was next door to Core Fusion,  for six and a half years until I made the move to Core Fusion.. The lovely Saree then gave me the opportunity to work for her, and the rest is history really!

I am very blessed to have two wonderful granddaughters who are now nine and six, who give me so much joy. I like to sew, read, go to fitness classes, travel, lunching with friends and always trying to improve  my knowledge on anything to do with health.
