Managing Chronic Pain or Injury

The reason you’re not getting the results you’re after boils down to 3 basic things:

1. Knowledge – knowing what to do, when to do and how
2. Mindset – believing what you’re doing will work and having the right mindset to follow through
3. Taking Action – you’ve got to actually DO what’s required to get the results you want.

People in chronic pain generally state – but I’ve tried this and I’ve done that and I’ve had a go at that before –
